It\u2019s a targeted move: only <strong>DraftKings<\/strong> and <strong>FanDuel<\/strong> crossed that threshold last year. According to <strong>Citi analyst Jason Bazinet<\/strong>, the new tax would\u2019ve cost DraftKings an estimated <strong>$68 million<\/strong> in 2024 alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But this isn\u2019t just about Illinois. According to <strong>Chris Grove<\/strong>, Partner at Eilers &amp; Krejcik Gaming, \u201cWhat happens in Illinois won\u2019t stay in Illinois.
