The bill will become law as the <strong>Online Casino Gambling Act 2025<\/strong>, with general entry into force on <strong>May 1, 2026<\/strong>, and key implementation phases between late 2026 and January 2027. Going forward, the <strong>Department of Internal Affairs (DIA)<\/strong> will administer a system of up to <strong>15 licenses<\/strong>, with the process starting in the second half of 2026 and a final application deadline of <strong>December 1, 2026<\/strong>.
