The <strong>Commercial Gambling Management Commission of Cambodia, or CGMC<\/strong>, confirmed the preparations on <strong>July 20, 2026<\/strong>. As of <strong>July 23<\/strong>, it had not disclosed when inspections would begin, how many properties would be covered or the final assessment criteria. Operational execution falls to secretary-general <strong>Yeth Vinel<\/strong>, appointed on <strong>March 12<\/strong>. The sector generated <strong>KHR290.73 billion, approximately US$72 million<\/strong>, in mandatory revenue, up <strong>14%<\/strong>.
