The presentation also included <strong>Qi Yanjun<\/strong>, Executive Vice Minister; <strong>Li Jiantao<\/strong>, head of investigations into environmental, food, pharmaceutical and intellectual-property crimes; <strong>Wang Qiang<\/strong>, Director General of the Traffic Management Bureau; and <strong>Zhou Jianshe<\/strong>, spokesperson for the State Council Information Office. China already cooperates with more than <strong>30 countries<\/strong>, including Spain, the United Arab Emirates and Myanmar. Since 2023, cooperation with Myanmar has resulted in the capture and transfer of <strong>more than 59,000 suspects<\/strong> and the dismantling of four criminal organizations in Kokang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"562\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mundovideo.com.co\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/07\/china-builds-global-anti-fraud-alliance-with-over-40-countries4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17714\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mundovideo.com.co\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/07\/china-builds-global-anti-fraud-alliance-with-over-40-countries4.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.mundovideo.com.co\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/07\/china-builds-global-anti-fraud-alliance-with-over-40-countries4-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.mundovideo.com.co\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/07\/china-builds-global-anti-fraud-alliance-with-over-40-countries4-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">China, Myanmar and Thailand established a ministerial mechanism for Myawaddy in 2025; it conducted <strong>10 repatriation operations<\/strong> and demolished more than <strong>630 buildings at KK Park<\/strong>. In 2026, China, the United States and the UAE dismantled <strong>nine fraud compounds<\/strong> and arrested <strong>276 people<\/strong>. Operations involving Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia and Sri Lanka produced another <strong>20,000 arrests and repatriations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mundovideo.com.co\/mve-ads\/?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\" noreferrer noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"500\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mundovideo.com.co\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/05\/ADS-MVE.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16352\" style=\"width:840px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mundovideo.com.co\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/05\/ADS-MVE.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.mundovideo.com.co\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/05\/ADS-MVE-300x250.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The domestic legal foundation is China\u2019s <strong>Anti-Telecom and Online Fraud Law<\/strong>, effective since <strong>December 1, 2022<\/strong>. Article 37 authorizes international cooperation, evidence sharing, arrests and asset recovery.
