In <strong>Q1<\/strong>, MBS generated <strong>US$1.126 billion in casino revenue<\/strong>, US$1.487 billion in total net revenue and <strong>US$788 million in adjusted property EBITDA<\/strong>. In Q1, RWS reported <strong>S$403.4 million in gaming revenue<\/strong>, down 8%, with total revenue of <strong>S$607.6 million<\/strong>, EBITDA of <strong>S$179 million<\/strong> and net profit of <strong>S$65.2 million<\/strong>. Singapore maintains only two casino licences until at least <strong>January 1, 2031<\/strong>. The market is governed by the <strong>Casino Control Act 2006<\/strong>, <strong>Gambling Control Act 2022<\/strong> and <strong>GRA Act 2022<\/strong>, with GGR tax rates reaching up to <strong>12% for premium players<\/strong> and <strong>22% for other players<\/strong>.
