Gambling supervision falls under the <strong>Financial Market Regulation and Supervision Service<\/strong>, which operates under the <strong>Ministry of Economy and Commerce<\/strong>. The regulator is chaired by <strong>Kairat Adamkalievich Mamatov<\/strong>, in office since <strong>March 16, 2026<\/strong>, alongside <strong>Baiysh Turkmenovich Dushebaev<\/strong>, Deputy Chairman since <strong>April 1<\/strong>. Casinos pay differentiated licensing fees depending on location: <strong>840,000 calculation units<\/strong> in cities of republican significance, <strong>420,000<\/strong> in Osh, Chuy and Jalal-Abad, and <strong>252,000<\/strong> in Batken, Naryn, Issyk-Kul and Talas.
