Intermediaries purchased packages of <strong>100 million credits<\/strong> for between <strong>\u20a95.5 million and \u20a97 million<\/strong>, reselling them for up to <strong>\u20a98 million<\/strong>, while charging monthly maintenance fees ranging from <strong>\u20a91.5 million to \u20a93 million<\/strong> per platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"950\" height=\"585\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mundovideo.com.co\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/10\/image-172.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19361\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.6225895316804408;width:589px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mundovideo.com.co\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/10\/image-172.png 950w, https:\/\/www.mundovideo.com.co\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/10\/image-172-300x185.png 300w, https:\/\/www.mundovideo.com.co\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/10\/image-172-766x472.png 766w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 950px) 100vw, 950px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Hong Seok-ki<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The investigation, launched following a police intervention in <strong>November 2025<\/strong>, examined <strong>795 bank accounts<\/strong>, identified <strong>408 blocked web addresses<\/strong>, and prompted <strong>Interpol Red Notices for twelve suspects<\/strong> wanted internationally. Those involved face investigations under <strong>Articles 114 and 247 of South Korea&#8217;s Criminal Act<\/strong>, concerning criminal organizations and the operation of gambling establishments for profit.
