It said that some clauses had to be approved in a public referendum.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial\">The Sri Lankan government hopes the project could help the country&rsquo;s recovery after the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
