Gaming taxes in many jurisdictions fund essential services such as healthcare, education, and responsible gambling programs. Black-market sites frequently ignore anti-money laundering controls, avoid player-protection standards, and market aggressively with bonuses and promotions that regulated companies cannot legally match.
