The exit right window closed on <strong>9 February 2026<\/strong>, following OPAP\u2019s extraordinary general meeting on <strong>7 January 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OPAP and Allwyn said the cash compensation is set at <strong>\u20ac19.04 per share<\/strong>, implying a total payout of <strong>\u20ac456 million<\/strong>.
