Players will still be required to submit their complaint to the operator first, but the licensee will have <strong>72 business hours<\/strong> to respond. If contractual or regulatory breaches are detected, the agency may issue operational instructions or initiate proceedings under the licensing regime. The portal does not require another parliamentary vote: it is now at the <strong>administrative and contractual implementation stage<\/strong>. ADM is headed by <strong>Roberto Alesse<\/strong>, while the <strong>Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF)<\/strong> is led by <strong>Giancarlo Giorgetti<\/strong>. The agency is also working with <strong>SOGEI<\/strong>, the state-controlled technology company overseen by MEF and headed by <strong>Claudio Teodoro Costa<\/strong>, on a future digital protection system designed to strengthen cybersecurity and restrict access to unauthorized operators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mundovideo.com.co\/mve-ads\/?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\" noreferrer noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"500\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mundovideo.com.co\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/05\/ADS-MVE.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16352\" style=\"width:840px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mundovideo.com.co\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/05\/ADS-MVE.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.mundovideo.com.co\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/05\/ADS-MVE-300x250.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new online framework has already awarded <strong>48 concessions<\/strong>, each costing <strong>\u20ac7 million<\/strong>, representing approximately <strong>\u20ac336 million<\/strong> in initial licensing fees. The reform also highlights a two-speed regulatory landscape in Italy.
