Lotteries are reported separately. The Halle (Saale)-based GGL is headed by <strong>Ronald Benter<\/strong>. Since <strong>July 1, 2026<\/strong>, <strong>Christian Hochgrebe<\/strong> has chaired its Administrative Board. The regulator also operates <strong>LUGAS<\/strong>, with its technology infrastructure managed by <strong>Dataport<\/strong>, headed by CEO <strong>Johann Bizer<\/strong>.
