In <strong>August 2026<\/strong>, Armenia selected Malta-based <strong>Random Systems International (RSI)<\/strong> to operate that infrastructure for <strong>15 years<\/strong>, with launch scheduled for <strong>January 2027<\/strong>. The system will integrate deposits, wagers, losses, transactions and licensed operators\u2019 activity. Bulgaria\u2019s government has been led since <strong>May 8, 2026 by Rumen Georgiev Radev<\/strong>, with <strong>Galab Donev<\/strong> serving as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance.
