He succeeds Marc Peters, who has resigned from his position as a member of the Supervisory Board. The court appointment is valid until this year&rsquo;s Annual General Meeting of the Company.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman,serif\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,serif\"><span style=\"font-size:large\">Kenneth Chan is the Managing Director of Working Capital. He graduated from Yale University.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Arial,serif\"><span style=\"font-size:large\">Chan, who is the Managing Director of the London-based hedge fund manager Working Capital and holds a diploma from Yale University, will fill the void left by the departure of ZEAL Peters on an interim basis until this year&rsquo;s Annual General Meeting after the co-founder and ZEAL shareholder has resigned from his position.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Arial,serif\"><span style=\"font-size:large\">Zeal reported that Revenues grew by 14 per cent to <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family:Arial,serif\"><span style=\"font-size:large\">&euro;74.5m<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family:Arial,serif\"><span style=\"font-size:large\"> for the first three quarters of the financial year.
