Under the \u201crenuncia anticipada<\/strong>\u201d mechanism, Enjoy is released from the obligation to maintain performance bonds and is barred from participating in future bids for the same licenses. During the transition, the company must fulfill all regulatory duties, including gaming tax payments, annual license fees, and labor commitments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the transition ends or a new operator is selected, the SCJ will initiate fresh licensing processes in coordination with regional and local authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These moves form part of Enjoy\u2019s ongoing corporate restructuring<\/strong>, which began after its 2020 judicial reorganization and has since led to multiple strategic exits. Earlier this year, the company also sought to relinquish its license in Vi\u00f1a del Mar<\/strong>, a decision that remains under review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
