Authorities say the target is a common loophole: teens getting in with an adult\u2019s credentials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mundovideo.com.co\/landing\/multigame-link\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\" noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mundovideo.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/banner-diamond-mv-multigame.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-68724\" style=\"width:840px;height:auto\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Government Minister Carlos Bianco said operators have up to 60 days to roll out the new controls. The agency has also pointed to more than 300 illegal betting sites, arguing that unlicensed platforms typically lack meaningful age gates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For legal operators, the shift raises the compliance bar and adds cost: biometric vendors, security reviews and support for users who fail checks.
