It also establishes that Minsa must formally report the elimination of the restriction within five business days after the decision becomes final. Indecopi further noted that <strong>Supreme Decree No. 011-2017-PRODUCE<\/strong> recognizes lottery ticket sales as an activity compatible with any commercial establishment. According to an analysis by <strong>Tom\u00e1s Galarza<\/strong>, a specialist at <strong>ASAP Comercio Exterior<\/strong>, imports of slot machines classified under tariff code <strong>9504.30.10.00<\/strong> reached <strong>US$7.2 million FOB<\/strong> as of <strong>May 28, 2026<\/strong>, compared with <strong>US$4.9 million<\/strong> during the same period in 2025.
