The <strong>Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions<\/strong>, headed by <strong>M\u00f3nica Rodr\u00edguez Villa<\/strong>, handles casino franchises, while the <strong>Puerto Rico Tourism Company<\/strong>, led by <strong>Willianette Robles Cancel<\/strong>, oversees the hotel component.
