Some <strong>96.7% of internet users access the web via mobile phones<\/strong>, while mobile devices account for <strong>67.29% of web traffic<\/strong>. Android represents <strong>84.12%<\/strong> of mobile operating systems and iOS <strong>15.77%<\/strong>. The main challenge is regulatory. Mexico still operates under the <strong>Federal Gaming and Raffles Law of December 31, 1947<\/strong>, administered by the <strong>Ministry of the Interior (SEGOB)<\/strong> through the <strong>General Directorate of Gaming and Raffles (DGJS)<\/strong>. As of August 2026, SEGOB is headed by <strong>Rosa Icela Rodr\u00edguez Vel\u00e1zquez<\/strong>.
