According to article 55 of Law 643 of 2001 provides that natural and legal persons engaged in the activity of sellers of games of chance must register with the Chambers of Commerce of the place and when they do not exist, by delegation of these entities, the registration will be made at the Mayor’s Office, which must report the corresponding registration procedure.<\/font><\/p>\n

Also in article 21 of Decree 1350 of 2003 extends the registration to every seller of the permanent betting game or chance, who must be registered in the national public register of sellers of games of chance from the Chambers of Commerce of their jurisdiction.<\/font><\/p>\n

Two weeks ago, began the first day of business formalization of sellers of games of chance in Sincelejo (a small city close to the Caribbean sea), hand in hand with the Chamber of Commerce there.<\/font><\/p>\n

The strategy that seeks to reduce the business informality index in the region to 20% is also aimed at promoting good business practices, establishing employment rates in the city and boosting competitiveness in the region.<\/font><\/p>\n
