After, in decree 2265 issued on December 31, 2017, the government will abandon a possible decentralization of departmental revenues, opting for these to be passed on to the departmental administrators and the Resource Administrator of the Social Security System in Health (Adres).

""

Both administrators committed themselves to guarantee the adequate flow of the resources of the general system of social security in health (SGSSS) by implementing the respective controls.

Even though the percentage of capital for Coljuegos fell, it has managed to develop good practices and administrations to continue with the struggle of illegality.

According to the Colombian laws, coljuegos can administer according to their needs a percentage of the prizes that are not claimed by their due winners to continue their fight against illegality.

Fight that has allowed him to reap great fruits and to be able to enjoy credibility not only within the union but also with the different state administrators, with this he has managed to dismantle 3,933 Mets a year and to date sign 15 pacts for legality, besides leveraging the Ejercito, CTI, Fiscalía and others to carry out operations that end with illegal gambling networks in the country.

In this way coljuegos can now alleviate their finances with the capital of the prizes that should have been delivered by the lottery, chance, baloto, sports betting, casinos, among other types of games, but which the winners never claimed, transferring from immediate way to Coljuegos, the more than 197 billion pesos that fit under this category.

The slice of the cake that touches him according to the law is 25% (of the 197 billion) about 49 billion pesos to combat the illegality that occurs in the sector.

The remaining money, goes for the health of the Colombians.
