COLJUEGOS carried out the follow-up and evaluation of the budget execution for the 2021 fiscal year. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In a budget execution report, it is essential to examine the management of the budget resources issued for the 2021 fiscal year through Resolution No. 007 of December 23, 2020 issued by the Superior Council of Fiscal Policy (CONFIS), by which the initial budget of COLJUEGOS was approved, financed with Current and Capital Revenues in the amount of $569,462 million COP (143.561.091,57 <\/strong>USD) and an Initial Availability for the 2021 fiscal year in the amount of $47,698 million COP (12.032.866,12 USD). 462 million and an Initial Availability for the 2021 fiscal year in the amount of $47,698 million, for a total of $617,160 million COP (155.579.983,18 USD) and, with Operating Expenses in the amount of $440,127 million COP (110.994.881,47 USD), Investment Expenses in the amount of $2,147 million COP (541.577,37 USD) and Final Availability in the amount of $174,887 million COP (44.087.297,49 USD), for a total of $617,160 million COP (155.579.983,18 USD).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

On August 3, 2021, by means of Resolution No. 0020, issued by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (MHCP), COLJUEGOS' Income and Expense budget was modified, in the sense of adding $12,328 million COP (3.110.447,33 USD) corresponding to the Initial Availability 2021, leaving it at $60,026 million COP (15.145.012,28 USD). With this modification, the total approved budget (Operating and Investment) for the 2021 fiscal year amounts to $629,488 million COP (158.794.995,83USD).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 In this way, COLJUEGOS evaluates the situation of the Income and Expenditure Budget at each level of the administration, to guarantee the efficiency and effectiveness for its operation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Considering the above, the total final approved budget of income for fiscal year 2021 amounts to $629,488 million, of which $602,505 million COP (151.990.706,99 USD) (96%) correspond to its own income and $26,983 million COP (6.804.405,86 USD) (4%) are contributions from the Nation. It is necessary to highlight that, within the revenue budget, the following are derived: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

– Exploitation rights for $532,928 million COP (134.425.307,85 USD), equivalent to 85%. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– Initial availability for $60,025 million COP (15.136.554,26 USD), equivalent to 10%. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– Contributions from the Nation for $26,983 million COP (6.794.506,17 USD), equivalent to 4%. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– Administrative expenses of $9,552 million COP (2.409.631,84 USD), equivalent to 1%.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
