The technical requirements focus on the technological infrastructure of the betting systems.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Specifically, all authorized operators must store the betting system and the corresponding data in data centers located in Brazil.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mundovideo.com.co\/assets\/feria24\/ice-london-termino-y-se-despidio-la-feria-en-imagenes-mgl.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">In exceptional circumstances, systems and data may be located outside Brazil, but must meet certain criteria.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Operators must present to the SPA an explanation of why their systems are kept outside Brazil.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">The data center must also be ISO 27001 certified.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mundovideo.com.co\/assets\/international\/brazilian-players-data-can-be-store-outside-but2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" name=\"Imagen 2\" align=\"bottom\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">These conditions include that the countries have an International Legal Cooperation Agreement with Brazil in civil and criminal matters.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Data owners abroad must authorize data transfers in advance.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">To facilitate effective supervision, operators must provide the SPA with data on bets, players, customer portfolios, legal destinations, and other operational information.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">This manual will soon be available on the website of the Secretariat, which may request additional information from the operator at any time.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">On the other hand, operators must obtain certification of their platforms and systems from entities recognized by the Ministry of Finance.
