Currently, this game is constituted as an illegal practice, since said board determined through Agreement 06 of 2023 that it is not a type of immediate prize and, until it is regulated and awarded, it has no legal basis to operate,&#8221; <\/em><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Coljuegos also warned that those who market this game could be subject to administrative sanctions contemplated in Law 643 of 2001. In addition, all elements used for the operation of the game may be seized by the authorities.
