The same summary reiterates a critical point: there is an intention to respect the current machine fleet of the <strong>417 legal operators<\/strong>, because those assets underpin significant resources for the country. And if the draft were applied strictly as written, <strong>over 85%<\/strong> of the installed base (the figure cited is <strong>110,641 authorised devices<\/strong>) could be affected by certifications and requirements that are difficult to meet immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That is why the most sensible recommendation today is not \u201crun,\u201d but <strong>organise<\/strong>. Treat this period as an internal control exercise: verify <strong>NUC\/NUID<\/strong>, brand, model and serial details; confirm that every unit is transmitting correctly; fix machines reporting \u201czero\u201d; and document corrective actions.
