Coljuegos published a project to repeal agreement 02 of 2021 on its page on June 7, 2023. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Let's put plasticine on this:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Repeal means that a law knocks down another or renders it ineffective.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

What does the agreement 02 of 2021 say: It talks about the immediate prize games and all their washers… Ahh that has nothing to do with me, I manage casinos and slot machines<\/span><\/span>, but take it easy mate<\/em><\/span><\/span>, as my grandfather used to say, keep reading.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

To justify the expropriation, the project simply says that: "…That based on the above reasons, the Board of Directors unanimously concluded that Agreement No. 02 of 2021 should be repealed,"; as I was able to read the observations, I was stunned because The board of directors wants to take away the acquired rights of the operators without any technical support, without any justification. Do you remember the video of Chávez walking down the street in Caracas?<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>surrounded by people and pointing the finger at any building saying: <\/span><\/span>"e'jpropiese"!<\/em><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>That is what we are about to witness…<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Coljuegos Board of Directors;<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>It is important to know who the members are, and if we know who they are, we know who they represent;<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>We will know that they arrived there due to "dynamics of politics" (to the good understanding…) and that they are due to them (I mean those who "invigorated" their arrival)… let's continue with what happened with Chávez and his <\/span><\/span>"e'jpropiese",<\/em><\/span><\/span> well<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>that he ended up giving much of what he took from businessmen to everyone who needed or owed him a favor and paid him with someone else's money… and this is what it smells like here.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The project lacks support, it is ignoring the constitution of our country, it intends to generate uncertainty for international and national investors, it ignores the free offer and Machiavellically directs this type of game to a single operator or a group, a very serious fact.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

And this is where all of us who are in the gaming industry fall into trouble: where this monstrosity of a project prospers, tomorrow the same will happen with localized gaming contracts, an expropriation project to repeal them.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Then they continued with the priests, <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

but since I wasn't a priest, I didn't care either. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
