(hereinafter, "MUNDOVIDEO"), and this portal is managed by a third party, therefore inaccuracies, errors and/or omissions are not the direct responsibility of MUNDOVIDEO; if necessary, the respective corrections will be made through the system administrator. Access, participation and use of the Portal is free and is governed by the terms and conditions included below, which are understood to be known and accepted by the users of the Portal (hereinafter, the "User"):
Scope of the conditions of Use
These Conditions of Use govern your use of the Website, portal and all applications, software and services (collectively the "Services") available via the Website, except to the extent that they are the subject of another contract. Other specific agreements or conditions may apply to the use of certain Services and other items offered via the Website (the "Service Agreements"). Such Service Agreements, if any, will accompany the applicable Services or goods.
MUNDOVIDEO may revise and update these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the Website after such Terms have been changed will constitute your acceptance of such changes. Likewise, it is absolutely prohibited to enter comments, messages, opinions, information, or similar, with content that is defamatory, abusive, contrary to morality and good customs, discriminatory, offensive, obscene, intimidating, slanderous, inappropriate, illegal, violates the rights of third parties of any kind, including the rights of minors, that causes damage and/or harm, or prevents or limits one's own or another's right to use the Spaces and other chapters of the site, constitutes a crime or an apology for a crime and/or incites violence and/or the commission of crimes.
