Tom Dwan was missed. Far from the tables and with a silence that seemed eternal, he had distanced himself from the atmosphere, from the noise of the chips. However, now his name and surname echo everywhere. He had a week of exposure like never before, for good and bad news, which continues with new accusations.
Now, the American is accused of money laundering… The one who threw the stone (several actually) was Ben Armstrong, player, influencer, and cryptocurrency specialist. The one known as Bitboy Crypto released on X:
«Just so everyone knows, Tom Dwan launders money for @Bybit_Official and @okx. He works directly with the founders to do this.
That was one of the first messages, which he followed: "So, if you haven't already guessed, @papervc founder Oliver Blakey and professional poker player @TomDwan are running an elaborate money laundering/bomb and dump scheme through their connections in China, playing in Macau . Of course, channeled through crypto money laundering king @briandevans.”
In other words, he spread his accusations everywhere. Quite angry with Dwan - who knows if there is something else behind this anger - Armstrong did not give Durrrr any respite and made several publications tagging other people. In one of them he promised that he will do everything possible to put him in jail...
“See you @TomDwan. I promise I will do everything I can to put you and Oliver in prison. If you think I don't know what you two did, you're wrong. And I promise you, there is nowhere you can run from me now.”
