Michigan’s Gun Lake Casino opened back in 2011 and has steadily been expanding since, this time they have added another poker room that joins about 40 other card rooms in the state, which employs about 100 people, according to the casino.
This room comes from the spaces that used to be leased by two restaurants the Johnny Rockets and Villa Pizza, we are talking about 3,500 square-feet.
“The Gun Lake Tribe has done an incredible job listening to our guests and community, which this new poker room is attributed to. And We are thrilled to offer this new amenity to our guests” sated Sal Semola, president & chief operating officer for Gun Lake Casino (pictured).
The tribe and the casino are also working toward opening a 475,000 square-foot parking structure, which was announced at the end of 2017.
