Skrill MasterCard eliminated. Popular online payment processors NETELLER and Skrill will remove the Prepaid MasterCard option from more than 100 non-SEPA countries (Single payment area in euros).
The Skrill costumers have received this email:
We regret to inform you that, as of November 25, 2016, we will no longer offer the Skrill MasterCard Prepaid option in your country. You will not be able to use your card but your Skrill account will remain fully operational and your balance will not be affected. You can withdraw funds from your Skrill account to your bank account or transfer money to any other Skrill user or online business that accepts Skrill.
Both NETELLER and Skrill are part of the PaySafe Payment Processors Group
SEPA is made up of 28 states of the European Union and six countries. The complete list, where there is still MasterCard Prepaid as an option, is as follows:

This means that in a large number of countries there will no longer be an option to use MasterCard Prepaid as an option Skrill and NETELLER. Prepaid MasterCard users in those regions will not be able to use their cards since November 25, except for Russian users who will be able to use their cards until they expire.
