The manager of the Technical Secretariat of the National Council of Games of Luck and Chance (CNJSA) of Colombia, Constanza Bejarano (pictured), has announced that she will "take an urgent message" to the CNJSA about the need for a strategy so that the territorial entities "can carry out effective actions to fight against the illegal operation" in the department of La Guajira.
"The CNJSA also highlighted the inclusion processes in relation to the labor relationship of indigenous people and the community with physical disabilities"
Bejarano also pointed out that the implementation of the Risk Management System for Money Laundering, financing of terrorism and financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction has been carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the National Council of Games of Luck and Chance. In addition, she pointed out that minimal adjustments are required in the control instruments adopted by each operator.
This system is relatively new, since its implementation and migration occurred in 2022. For the CNJSA, successful work allows shielding territorial games of luck and chance, against criminal and harmful activities that could affect the reputation of the sector
