The renovation includes a complete redesign of the resort’s West Tower, with interiors crafted by Avenue Interior Design. The updated look introduces a clean, sophisticated aesthetic, combining neutral tones, soft textures, and modern amenities designed for discerning guests. According to General Manager Ken Janssen, the revamp is tailored to travelers “looking for more than just a place to stay — they want a refined, curated experience.”
This latest effort follows a broader $200 million investment across Station Casinos’ portfolio and represents the most significant update to Green Valley Ranch in over a decade. The work is set to be completed in phases, with the West Tower expected to be ready by fall and the remainder of rooms finalized through 2025.
