'No Deception Detected': Robbi Jade Lew Passes Polygraph Test

Accused poker cheater Robbi Jade Lew took a major step forward in proving her innocence by not only passing a polygraph test, but also pushing for charges to be brought against her alleged co-conspirator, Bryan Sagbigsal.

Lew, who resides in Southern California, traveled to Las Vegas on Wednesday to take a polygraph test in hopes of proving that he did not cheat against Garrett Adelstein in a $269,000 jackpot at Hustler Casino Live.

He posted the test results Thursday night on Twitter, but many have questioned the legitimacy of the test and passing it shows a lot.

Lie Detector Test Doesn't Detect Lies It should be noted that polygraph tests are not admissible in court, not that this cheating scandal would ever see a court of law, because they aren't always accurate.

According to PsychologyToday.com, lie detector tests are only accurate about 87% of the time.

But the test result at least made it more likely that she wasn't cheating. Lew, whose actions after the hand have been criticized by many in the poker community, criticized the haters in a two-part tweet.

The test was administered by James Hannah, and the final determination was "No cheating detected." He was asked a series of questions, but the main ones were the following:

Were you using any cheating devices while playing Hustler Casino's live poker games?

Did you cheat in any way during Hustler Casino's live poker games? • Did you conspire with someone during live poker games at Hustler Casino to cheat?

Lew, who was immediately accused of cheating by Adelstein on September 29, answered "no" to all three questions. The full list of questions was not provided.
