Singapore is preparing to unveil its newest marine marvel. The Singapore Oceanarium, formerly known as the S.E.A. Aquarium, will officially open its doors on July 23, 2025, at Resorts World Sentosa, and it promises to be three times larger than its predecessor.
This revamped attraction will feature 22 themed zones, including “Ocean Wonders,” “Singapore’s Coast,” “Ancient Waters,” and “Conquering Land.” Designed to be both entertaining and educational, the Oceanarium blends immersive storytelling with cutting-edge technology, including interactive exhibits and multimedia installations.

A key highlight is the Research and Learning Centre, a dedicated space for marine conservation education. Resorts World Sentosa has emphasized that this facility is not just about spectacle—it’s about sustainability and understanding the marine ecosystem.

Although ticket prices and opening hours are yet to be announced, excitement is building among families, educators, and eco-tourists eager to explore one of the most advanced marine attractions in Asia. With this opening, Singapore reinforces its position as a regional leader in edutainment and environmental tourism.
