Landing International Development Ltd, a real estate developer based in China, announced Thursday via press release that their Jeju Shinhwa World project will have its “official opening” on December 8.
The South Korean casino facility at the resort project will be ready for gaming on that day.
The developer of the project has been working hard to see the resort come to fruition. Back in August, it was announced that an agreement had been made with the Four Seasons brand to see a luxury resort created on-site. (READ SO: SOUTH KOREA DREAMS COME TRUE FOR CASINO INDUSTRY)
According to the press release, the facilities that will open on December 8th at Jeju Shinwha World will include the following:
- The Marriott Resort Jeju Shinhwa World hotel
- Landing-branded hotel
- Restaurants
- Shopping mall
- On-site casino
- Conferences and exhibitions (MICE) center
- Meetings incentives
While this hotel will not be ready until 2019, the project will still see its grand opening this December with at least gaming on offer.
