Coljuegos published on its website the action plan for 2022, where it set out 3 main objectives for this year. Generate more resources for the health of Colombians, strengthen the entity's management and promote legal and responsible gambling.
In this way, in order to generate more resources, it proposes 13 actions, of which the following are specifically for casinos:
- Increase the number of authorized Slot machines by 3%.
- Approve the guarantee of the casinos requests for extensions and renewals in a period of no more than 10 working days, counted from the day following their presentation, as long as it is not necessary to require their correction or adjustment
- Attend to the requests for authorization of casinos in a period not exceeding 10 business days, counted as of the fulfillment of the requirements
- Approve the guarantee of casinos applications for new contracts and extensions in no more than 5 business days, counted from the day following their presentation, provided that it is not necessary to require their correction or adjustment.
Other relevant actions with respect to this objective are to study and evaluate the proposals for additional and/or complementary mechanics presented by the concessionaire of the New Online Lotto game called Baloto, to issue the conditions for connectivity and reliability of Bingos, to modify and issue the new regulations for ACDV (Virtual Sports Racing Bets), and the quarterly follow-up of the collection of Operating Rights of the Incentive with Immediate Prize Collection "Scratch and Ready" in charge of the territorial entities.
The strengthening of Coljuegos' management is the objective with the most actions to be worked on during 2022, a total of 28 actions according to the report published by the entity. Among these, the following are highlighted:
- Execute the 2022 investment project with a view to digital transformation.
- Identify, document and implement new functionalities in the SIICOL, OPERATOR PORTAL, ORFEO and SCLM systems.
- Specify, design and implement the distribution processes of the resources granted by Exploitation Rights (D.E) of the Novelty Games, automatically in the Coljuegos Siicol Management Systems".
- Implement PSE payment solution for the operators of novelty games through the operator's portal.
- Identify through the survey of requirements the automation process for the follow up of the fulfillment of the contractual obligations of the Games Operated by Internet.
- Delivery of a Dashboard type prototype that shows the main data of the operation of the new and localized games with respect to the functions of the Control Management.
- Execute the plan of surveillance visits of the territorial gambling operators, according to the prioritization plan.
Finally, for the last objective which seeks to promote legal and responsible gambling only a total of 9 actions were proposed, here are the most relevant ones
- Verification visits to commercial IGA establishments to validate compliance with contractual obligations No. 67 and 68.
- Carry out 850 visits to authorized gambling establishments in the localized modality.
- Carry out 1,700 removals of gambling elements.
- Make 5 pacts for legality with public and/or private entities.
- Carry out 2,900 blockings of unauthorized web pages.
- Design and implementation of strategies to strengthen the area of control of illegal operations and the fight against illegality.
