Coljuegos and the Higher School of Public Administration, ESAP, opened registrations to take the diploma in “Responsible Gaming”, through which they seek to train natural and legal persons on the regulation and operation of the gambling industry in the country.
“This is an inter-institutional effort that we are making, in order to promote knowledge about the regulation of gambling, as well as the importance of this industry to finance the health of Colombians,”
The diploma will last 80 hours, will consist of four thematic units and will be held in virtual mode, through the Moodle platform created by ESAP as part of the inter-administrative agreement. General aspects will be addressed regarding the origins of Coljuegos, the company's mission objectives, the organizational structure, the current regulations for games of chance, and the destination of the resources collected by the entity.
It will also delve into the distribution of transfers made by Coljuegos and a description of the different types of games regulated by the entity (localized, novel, promotional and raffles).
In total, 1,250 free places will be offered and can be taken from August 24 to October 27, 2024.
