The modalities of localized, new and innovative online pursuant to Law 643 of 2001, for which the regulations issued by Coljuegos are mandatory for all operators in the national territory, especially those related to the mechanisms to avoid prohibited practices. , such as offering games to children and adolescents, people with mental disabilities and those that affect the health of the players, must implement and abide by the provisions regarding responsible gaming.
Authorized operators will have until April 16, 2024, to implement the indicated actions and once implemented they will be fulfilled permanently.
