Faced with the strong crisis that exists around the discussion and support of the health reform project, the National Government requested a new protocol resignation, this time from the president of Coljuegos, Roger Carrillo, who is a quota of the Conservative Party led by Efrain Cepeda.
Carrillo had just over a month as president of Coljuegos. He was ratified in office on March 7, through the issuance of decree 0288 of 2023 of the Ministry of Finance. The request for his resignation is added to that of six vice ministers, all from the Conservative, Liberal and La U parties. The three parties made strong objections to the health reform, which is already undergoing its process in Congress.
