In an environment very similar to last year, the participants of PGS2023 met in the city of Lima.

The three specialists explained that omnichannel consists of the integration of communication and sales channels, in order to facilitate the customer experience in the different verticals. However, they warned that "not all companies are ready" to adopt such a strategy.
