Veikkaus, the state-owned gambling operator in Finland, has announced that it would complete the construction of the UROS Live Arena in the city center of Tampere by December 2021.
It will offer specially created areas for social gaming and means of ensuring responsible gambling. Once it is complete, Casino Tampere will employ 80 persons, mainly in customer service and hospitality.
The plans include the implementation of a new registration system, which will feature compulsory account-based play for all customers, as well as the introduction of new tools for responsible gambling.
