The 2024 Deepstack Extravaganza III at the Venetian® Resort Las Vegas will begin on September 16, and the first weekend of the tournament series, which runs through October 6, will feature a $1,100 Card Player Poker Tour Main Event.
The $1,100 buy-in, $300,000 guaranteed CPPT_ No Limit Hold’em event has three opening rounds on offer from September 19-21, each beginning at 11:10 a.m. Pacific Time.
Players from Day 2 will return at the same time on September 22 to battle for the title and trophy. This will be the 15th CPPT Venetian Main Event. There are now fourteen in the books, with all-time CPPT money leader Jon Turner winning two titles at The Venetian. At the previous CPPT stop at the Venetian, a field of 458 entrants generated a prize pool of $650,360 to easily eclipse the $400,000 guarantee.
Andrew Rodgers emerged as the champion with a six-figure jackpot worth $103,936 after reaching a heads-up deal with tournament player and 2021 CPPT Venetian champion Ankush Mandavia.
