London, October 2025 — The International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA) has unveiled Mission 2030, an ambitious long-term strategy designed to establish a unified global framework for sports betting integrity, positioning the organization as the international standard-bearer for transparency, data protection, and anti-corruption in wagering markets.
According to the announcement published Mission 2030 outlines a roadmap focused on AI-powered monitoring systems, cross-border data cooperation, and enhanced integrity reporting networks. The initiative seeks to strengthen international collaboration between regulators, betting operators, sports organizations, and law enforcement bodies to ensure consistency in identifying and managing suspicious betting activities.

IBIA CEO Khalid Ali described the mission as a critical evolution for the industry: “As betting becomes increasingly global, so must our response to integrity threats. Mission 2030 is about future-proofing regulated markets through cooperation, transparency, and technology.”

The plan emphasizes the adoption of unified integrity standards across regions, especially in North America, Latin America, and Africa, where regulated markets are expanding rapidly. It also proposes real-time data exchange between licensed operators and regulators, alongside education programs to enhance reporting and deterrence mechanisms. Analysts from note that the initiative represents IBIA’s most comprehensive effort to date, combining technological innovation with regulatory diplomacy. By promoting standardized data-sharing protocols and AI-led surveillance, Mission 2030 aims to minimize manipulation risks in both traditional sports and esports.

Founded in 2005, the IBIA currently represents over 125 sports betting brands and provides integrity monitoring services covering more than $300 billion in annual wagers. With Mission 2030, the association intends to position itself as the global benchmark for integrity assurance within the regulated betting ecosystem.
