Only with the number of the ballot it is known if it is legal, if the draw has already been played, and the numbers authorized by Edsa can be consulted.

The challenge of this strategy is to publicize the legality of the raffles that are bought and sold in the department and strengthen the “We have them in sight” campaign, which was developed by the previous administration.
