Clarion Events, the renowned organiser of the world's largest gaming industry trade show, has joined as a co-sponsor of the 12th Expo Congreso de Torremolinos, which will be held on 18 and 19 September in the capital of the Costa del Sol. On Wednesday 18 September, industry professionals attending the Expo Congreso will have the opportunity to learn about ICE's strategy and objectives in its new headquarters in Barcelona.

The presentation will include the screening of a specially designed video, offering a preview of what will be the largest global gaming industry event.

ICE Barcelona gave a tour to attendees to show its facilities, goodbye to other fairs in Spain.
Some new developments at ICE

Taking advantage of the additional space on the Gran Via Fira in Barcelona, the organisers have announced the creation of two new key areas: Global Media City and Association Assembly.

Stuart Hunter, Managing Director of Clarion Gaming, expressed his excitement about these new additions: “ICE is the world’s most influential gaming technology show. Together with an impressive line-up of exhibitors, we are creating an infrastructure that will meet the business needs of the largest gathering of gaming industry professionals ever recorded.”
Global Media City will become the meeting point for gaming industry media. This dedicated space will facilitate interaction between journalists, editors and industry professionals, encouraging the exchange of knowledge and the creation of new opportunities. Hunter said: “ICE’s success is largely due to the support of the trade media. Global Media City will offer a first-class platform for this vital part of our community.”
Association Assembly, meanwhile, will be a dedicated space for industry associations to meet, promote their values and create new opportunities for the gaming community. This initiative will complement the activities that these associations already carry out outside the exhibition grounds.

ICE and iGB Affiliate 2025 will occupy a space of 120,000 square metres, a significant increase compared to the 100,000 square metres of ICE 2024. The decision to move to Barcelona has been very well received by exhibitors, with 72% of the top 25 exhibitors planning to increase their presence at ICE 2025.
