New Hampshire's charitable casinos delivered one of the strongest performances in the U.S. gaming industry during the first half of 2026, generating more than US$251.3 million in gross gaming revenue after closing June with US$42.4 million, a 31% year-on-year increase that highlights the impact of Video Lottery Terminals (VLTs) and the continued modernization of the state's charitable gaming model.
The figures were released by the New Hampshire Lottery Commission, the agency responsible for overseeing the state's lottery, sports betting and charitable gaming industries. The commission is led by Executive Director Charles "Charlie" McIntyre. According to the latest monthly report, June's US$42.4 million in revenue pushed the first-half total to US$251.3 million, following monthly results of US$38.5 million in January, US$36.3 million in February, US$44.9 million in March, US$42.3 million in April, US$46.9 million in May and US$42.4 million in June.

June's revenue breakdown underscores the growing importance of VLTs, which generated US$21.6 million, accounting for nearly 51% of total monthly revenue. Games of chance contributed US$10.4 million, while a third reported gaming segment generated US$10.3 million, completing the month's total. During the first six months of the year, VLTs produced at least US$112.1 million, firmly establishing themselves as the state's primary revenue driver.
The Nash remained the market leader, generating US$13.5 million in June and approximately US$78.4 million during the first half of the year. It was followed by The Brook with US$8.6 million, Revo Casino Manchester with US$4.6 million, Lilac Club Casino and Revo Casino Lebanon, each reporting US$2.7 million, along with Revo Casino Conway, Revo Casino Keene and Aces + Eights, the latter being the only casino to post a year-on-year decline.
New Hampshire's charitable gaming model allocates a portion of casino revenue to nonprofit organizations and public education. During Fiscal Year 2025, the system generated US$90.4 million for charitable organizations and nearly US$47.7 million for public education.
The expansion of VLTs, authorized in 2025, has reduced the market's reliance on traditional gaming formats while fueling sustained growth across a sector that includes The Nash, The Brook, Gate City Casino, Beach Club Casino, Chasers Poker Room, Lakes Region Casino, and the Revo Casino network, reinforcing New Hampshire's position as one of the fastest-growing regulated land-based gaming markets in the United States.
