IF this draft resolution is approved, operators should:
Obtain a Certification issued by the manufacturer or by an accredited laboratory according to Resolution 20161200013844 of 2016 or act that modifies it, in which it is evidenced that the software that works in the element, corresponds to a mysterious prize, the certification may be presented For each element or group of elements of the same make and model, in case the Mystery Prize is granted by the group or machines autonomously and NO EXTERNAL SOFTWARE IS USED, THAT IS THE PROGRESSIVE PRIZE THAT DOES NOT USE A COMPUTER OR SERVER AS THOSE THAT USE CERTAIN TYPES OF SYSTEMS ONLY, OTHERWISE SHOULD BE CERTIFIED BY A LABORATORY THAT THE SYSTEM DOES NOT AFFECT THE PERCENTAGE OF PAYMENT.
