On June 7, 2023, under file No. 20231030192622 Mundo Video Corp. sent its comments to Coljuegos on the Draft AGREEMENT "BY WHICH THE AGREEMENT 014 OF 2013 IS MODIFIED "BY WHICH THE REGULATION OF THE GAME OF LUCK IS APPROVED AND CHANCE, OF THE LOCATED MODALITY, CALLED BETTING ON VIRTUAL RACES AND SPORTS" AND AGREEMENT 006 OF 2014 AMENDING AGREEMENT 014 OF 2013"
The request revolved around the extension of the expression that would include a greater offer to the activity. The text proposes the following:
…Always being our intention to contribute positively to the industry, we respectfully propose a modification to the name given to the betting modality in order to not limit the regulation to bets and races only, since it is currently defined as:
"... THE REGULATION OF THE GAME OF LUCK AND CHANCE, OF THE LOCATED MODALITY, CALLED BETTING ON RACES AND VIRTUAL SPORTS..." (our underlining)
It is therefore our proposal, to expand the field that would cover said activity by adding the expression sports environment, remaining as follows:
"... THE REGULATION OF THE GAME OF LUCK AND CHANCE, OF THE LOCATED MODALITY, CALLED BETTING ON RACES AND/OR EVENTS WITH A VIRTUAL SPORTS ENVIRONMENT..." (our underlining)
It should be noted that Mundo Video Corp SAS has been accompanying different processes and this is emerging as important for the development of the sector and the company; that will become part of the portfolio offered to the industry.
