Coljuegos has published a draft to receive comments regarding the extension of the term for both manufacturers, operators and the entity itself to get in tune with the SCLM+ tests. The entity headed by Sami Libos Zuñiga, in response to the communiqués from the Fecoljuegos and Cornazar associations, as well as the express request of Mundo Video Corp, has decided to extend the deadline on the understanding that only 7 of the 18 providers are certified and that even some tests must be performed.
Coljuegos has modified the second article of Resolution No. 20221200013634 of June 9, 2022, which will read as follows:
“ARTICLE TWO: DEADLINE FOR IMPLEMENTATION. Authorized operators with a current contract will have a period of up to fifteen (15) months, counted from the entry into force of resolution 20221200013634, to implement the conditions adopted in the document issued hereby. For the purposes of the system and the application of the settlement protocol, it will be applied from the first day of the month following the end of the twelve (12) month period provided for in this resolution..."
The third article is also modified, which would remain as follows:
“ARTICLE THREE: IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULE: The implementation of the SCLM+ Electronic Slot Machine Online Connection System Technical Requirements will be carried out according to the following schedule:
A. Stage 1: Up to five (5) months from the effective date of this resolution, to develop the required software. B. Stage 2: Up to five (2) months from the end of stage 1, to carry out joint tests with Coljuegos, in a test environment. C. Stage 3: Up to six (6) months from the completion of stage 2, to advance the planned certification process. D. Stage 4: Up to two (2) months from the completion of stage 3, for final entry into the production environment”.
Without a doubt, this period gives a breather to all the participants in this project.
