Coljuegos has officially implemented the Virtual Sports and Racing Betting (ACDV) modality, marking a milestone in the gambling industry in Colombia. The recent resolution, led by Marco Emilio Hincapié, president of the entity, introduces a technical annex that regulates and modernizes the operation of this localized game. This advance seeks not only to energize the sector, but also to reinforce transparency and control of operations.

Highlights of the Resolution
The resolution repeals the previous regulations (Resolution No. 1923 of 2014) and establishes new technical and operational guidelines for operators. Among the most important points are:
1. Modernized Technical Annex: o An online and real-time reporting system is included, ensuring that Coljuegos has direct access to the operators' transactional information.
2. Mandatory Technical Certification: o Operators must obtain certifications from laboratories endorsed by Coljuegos to ensure compliance with the requirements established in the technical annex.
3. Security and Connectivity: o Systems must operate on highly reliable infrastructures, such as TIER III servers or higher, to ensure the stability and security of the operation.
Advantages for Localized Games

The launch of ACDV represents a great opportunity for operators of localized games, such as casinos and bingo halls:
• Portfolio Diversification: With the introduction of ACDV, operators can expand their offering, attracting new players interested in the excitement of virtual betting.
• Increased Revenue: This modality is projected to generate significant additional revenue for the sector, strengthening its contribution to the health system.
• Modernization of the Sector: The implementation of advanced technologies raises industry standards, consolidating a reliable and attractive environment for both operators and users.

Revenue Projection Coljuegos estimates that, with the implementation of the ACDVs, revenue from localized games could increase by 15% in the next two years. This growth will not only benefit operators but will also boost transfers to the health system.

Marco Emilio Hincapié emphasized that this step is key to "strengthening the regulation and supervision of the sector, ensuring that the resources generated benefit the entire society."
